  2. Website incorporates mobile-friendly web design
  3. Site loads within two seconds. Images or files available for download from the website are optimized for high speed (2–5 MB)
  4. Website displays correctly on Edge, Chrome and Firefox at mobile and desktop resolutions

Design - user experience and web design (mandatory)

  1. Back button is functional, or each page has a link or logo to homepage
  2. Website offers aids to finding information (e.g. site map, internal search engine, index)

Design - web editorial (desired)
